Rachael Hanlon
Rachael Hanlon is an experienced BIM/VDC Manager based in Goffstown, New Hampshire, currently leading the Building Information Modeling (BIM) and Virtual Design and Construction (VDC) efforts at PROCON, Inc. In her role, Rachael oversees the processing of architectural and engineering models, develops Revit standards and templates, and leads internal training initiatives. Her work ensures that design and construction projects run efficiently, with high accuracy and collaboration across multidisciplinary teams.
Rachael’s career began with a strong foundation in architectural and interior design, having worked as a Solutions Specialist, Architectural Designer, and BIM Drafter at firms including Symetri USA, BW Design Group, and Chip Webster Architecture. She gained extensive experience in AutoCAD, Revit, and other Autodesk programs, guiding designers to optimize workflows and visualize completed projects effectively. Her expertise in BIM and VDC has made her a trusted mentor and resource in the architecture and construction technology space.
Rachael holds both a Bachelor of Science and an Associate of Science in Architectural Building and Engineering from the New England Institute of Technology, where she was active in SkillsUSA. She is also Revit certified and trained in OSHA safety protocols. Passionate about technology, design, and education, Rachael continues to bridge the worlds of architecture and digital construction, empowering teams with tools, standards, and knowledge to succeed in modern building projects.

My advice to young women entering the construction industry is to stay authentic, recognize your self-worth, and commit to continuous learning.
What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
The values most important to me in my work and personal life are education, excellence, and perseverance, shaped by my achievements in architectural engineering, my SkillsUSA experience, and my family’s military background. I also value mentorship and community, coaching cheerleading for middle and high school students while supporting my daughter’s growth.
