I'm Rashi Gupta

I am a program and strategy leader with experience spanning global supply chain planning, cloud infrastructure capacity delivery, and enterprise risk intelligence systems. My career has been focused on transforming complex, large-scale operations into structured, data-driven systems that improve decision-making, predictability, and execution efficiency.

I began my career in supply chain planning, where I managed end-to-end production and demand–supply operations for high-volume hardware products including MicroSD cards and flash drives, supporting shipments of over 7.5 million units per week. I later transitioned into cloud infrastructure planning, working on server capacity and data center delivery programs that supported global-scale customer demand and multi-billion-dollar investment portfolios.

In my current role, I lead enterprise risk intelligence initiatives through the Integrated Risk Register (IRR) platform, driving improvements in risk visibility, prioritization, and data-driven governance. My work focuses on shifting organizations from reactive reporting to predictive, insight-led decision-making across large-scale infrastructure programs.

I have delivered measurable impact through process optimization, automation, and cross-functional alignment, including significant cost savings and productivity improvements across global programs. I am also recognized for my ability to influence across teams, build scalable frameworks, and drive adoption of complex systems across diverse stakeholders.
