Influential Women

This photograph captures a milestone I’m especially proud of. At this Acromegaly Leadership Conference in San Diego. I had the opportunity to serve on a Patient Leadership Council to help others living with acromegaly consider PALSONIFY, a treatment developed by Crinetics Pharmaceuticals. I also helped a group develop promotional materials to ensure the patient perspective was represented. I, along with a few others, was interviewed on camera about our personal journeys with this rare disease. They turned those interviews into an educational video for physicians’ offices. Another meaningful moment came when Kelly B. encouraged me to finish writing my memoir, Unbroken: Journeys of Acromegaly. What began as an opportunity to advocate for others became a turning point in my own journey as an author. It reminded me how powerful our voices can be when we share our stories and make room for others to be heard. Out of this, my Radical Listening™ book series was born.

Honored to co-host the upcoming 2026 MilSpouse Fellowship Summit with ACT Now Education! For me, this is more than an event. It’s an opportunity to bring employers, organizations, resources, and meaningful connections together to help military spouses move forward in their professional journeys. Because creating impact isn't always about the title you hold. It's about the doors you help open for others.

Graduating with a BA in Biblical and Theological Studies
