I am honored to have received the Citizen’s CPR Award and Certificate of Commendation from the Baltimore County Fire Department, Office of the Fire Chief.
This recognition was awarded for providing cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) during a cardiac arrest emergency on April 11, 2024. Being able to step in during a critical moment and help another person is something I will carry with me throughout my life.
This experience reinforced my passion for healthcare, leadership, and the importance of CPR education. It has also inspired me to continue expanding my knowledge and helping others feel prepared and confident enough to act when every second matters.

This photo represents more than a successful event, it’s a vision becoming community. I created "Among Friends" to bring women together for intentional connection, conversation, and genuine relationship-building. Seeing a room filled with women who came because of something I imagined and built is a milestone I’ll always be proud of. What started as an event has grown into a community.
