A vision becoming a reality. Launching EmpowerHER through Speak On Sis, Inc. marked an important milestone in my journey as a nonprofit leader. What began as a vision to create supportive spaces for women became a room filled with connection, encouragement, and community. Standing before the women we came to serve reminded me that purpose becomes impact when we have the courage to act on it.
One of my biggest milestones is graduating from Kennesaw State University whilst still working a full-time job and also starting my business while in school as well!

I’m officially a graduate of Nevada’s Partners in Policymaking program through the Governor’s Council on Developmental Disabilities! This experience has given me the knowledge and tools to take the next step in disability advocacy, including developing proposed legislation that can help improve the lives of individuals with disabilities throughout Nevada. I’m excited to use my voice, professional experience, and personal perspective to help create meaningful change in our state.
