Amber Bradbury, Founder & Coach on Influential Women
People will always be at the center of meaningful growth.

Amber Bradbury has built her career on a fundamental belief that behind every business challenge are real people navigating uncertainty while still showing up every day. As Founder of PeopleFirst HR Partners and Whole Life Coaching, she brings more than 23 years of experience helping women, leaders, and organizations navigate growth, change, resilience, and reinvention through strategy, empathy, and measurable impact.

Her track record speaks to the scope of her influence. Throughout her career, Bradbury has supported more than 12,000 employees across 53 countries, implementing global HR systems, talent strategies, leadership frameworks, and people-centered solutions that enable scalable growth and healthy workplace cultures. Her experience spans oil and gas, FinTech, healthcare, startups, and global enterprises, where she has led HR transformations, mergers and acquisitions, organizational redesigns, and culture-building initiatives for organizations ranging from venture-backed startups to Fortune 500 companies.

Her senior leadership roles include HR Director at Priceline, Global Head of HR at ION Group, and Head of HR at Compass Production Partners, where she built the HR function from the ground up. Through PeopleFirst HR Partners, she provides fractional HR leadership, leadership coaching, and talent strategy to growing businesses, including advisory work with Integral Health, a behavioral healthcare startup.

She attributes her success to resilience, adaptability, empathy, and genuine passion for helping people navigate growth and change. Some of her greatest growth has come from personal life experiences that taught her the importance of self-awareness and compassion, deepening her ability to connect with and support others meaningfully.

“ The opportunity is to support people as whole human beings, not just employees, leaders, or job candidates. Technology will continue to evolve.

Her commitment extends beyond corporate walls. She has served as a team captain for the Susan G. Komen 3-Day for more than two decades, raising over $200,000 to support breast cancer research, patient care, and survivor services. Walking alongside her mother, aunt, lifelong friends, and fellow survivors, this mission has become deeply personal, reinforcing her belief in the power of community, resilience, and hope.

Bradbury earned her Bachelor of Science in Human Relations and Business from Amberton University in her 30s while balancing a full-time job and family responsibilities. That experience taught her that growth is not always linear and that timing does not determine potential. She has since added certifications in Positive Psychology, Life Coaching, and Menopause Coaching, reflecting her commitment to lifelong learning and whole-person growth.

Whether through HR consulting, leadership coaching, or Whole Life Coaching, she believes people deserve to feel seen, supported, and valued not only for what they produce but for who they are as human beings. At the heart of everything she does is the belief that resilience grows through connection, compassion, and the willingness to keep moving forward.
