Alexandra B. Jenkins
Alexandra Jenkins is the CEO and Co-Founder of Fibonacci Cellars and a Program Scheduler at Launch On Demand, based in Cape Canaveral, Florida. A dynamic leader in both the aerospace and wine industries, Alexandra combines technical expertise with entrepreneurial vision. She has built a robust career in the space sector, contributing to organizations such as SpaceX, Blue Origin, Vaya Space, Airbus, and Amazon Project Kuiper, where she specialized in launch operations, production control, and program scheduling. Her work includes managing complex mission schedules, streamlining production processes, and ensuring seamless execution of high-stakes projects in fast-paced environments.
In addition to her aerospace career, Alexandra is pioneering the intersection of luxury, science, and sustainability with Fibonacci Cellars. Building on her experience as the former CEO of Fibonacci Brokerage, she is innovating space-aged wine, using microgravity to explore new dimensions in flavor and molecular structure. Her work integrates scientific research, sustainable agriculture, and blockchain technology to create an experiential luxury product while supporting agricultural innovation and environmental stewardship. This unique dual focus allows Alexandra to fuse her aerospace acumen with deep executive experience in global wine commerce.
Alexandra earned her bachelor’s degree in Econometrics and Quantitative Economics from Rollins College in 2017, where she was a four-year varsity soccer athlete and active in international business initiatives. She is pursuing a master’s degree in Commercial Enterprise in Space at the Florida Institute of Technology. Fluent in English, Spanish, and Italian, Alexandra is also a licensed WSET II sommelier and federal/state alcohol and tobacco importer. A certified project manager through Procore and an active member of AIAA, she has been recognized with awards including the Comcast Leadership Award. Outside of her professional pursuits, she enjoys surfing, photography, piano, and continuing to cultivate her passions for exploration, innovation, and sport.
