The best career advice I’ve ever received is, “The world moves out of the way for people who know what they want.” This mindset has motivated me to stay focused, be confident in my goals, and pursue them with determination. It reminds me that clarity and purpose open doors and create opportunities.
What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
One of the biggest challenges I face in my field is sometimes getting in my own way by overthinking decisions. It can slow down progress and create unnecessary doubt. However, recognizing this has become an opportunity for growth—learning to trust my expertise and make confident, timely decisions is helping me move forward more effectively.

The values that are most important to me in both my work and personal life are hard work, consistency, financial independence, and self-reliance.
