What do you attribute your success to?
I attribute my success to all the people around me. Without the support, guidance, and encouragement from colleagues, mentors, and family, I wouldn’t be where I am today. Every achievement I’ve had is a reflection of the incredible team and network I’ve been fortunate to have.
What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
I deeply value both personal and professional balance, having experienced the importance of work-life harmony firsthand. Navigating a demanding career while caring for my father during his cancer treatment taught me resilience, prioritization, and the power of compassion in all areas of life. I believe in building a strong, cohesive team and leading by example. I invest time in understanding my team members and fostering an environment where everyone can thrive. I hold myself to the same standards I expect from my team, never asking them to do anything I wouldn’t do myself.
