Ana Paciulian is a seasoned Commercial Logistics Manager with over a decade of international experience in project strategy, supply chain management, and process optimization. Currently at NewCold, she leads cross-functional projects, collaborating with operations, analytics, and supply chain teams to drive efficiency, improve operational insights, and support client growth. Her expertise spans global account management, business process improvement, and the implementation of data-driven solutions that contribute to measurable revenue growth.
Ana began her career developing a strong foundation in logistics and supply chain operations through roles at JAS Worldwide, Star Asia International, and other international firms. She has consistently demonstrated the ability to manage complex accounts, optimize workflows, and deliver tailored solutions in fast-paced, dynamic environments. Her bilingual abilities in English, Polish, Russian, and Lithuanian have further strengthened her capacity to navigate global business challenges.
In addition to her professional achievements, Ana is committed to mentorship, volunteering, and continuous learning. She has supported programs like Junior Achievement and Epicure Staffing, helping educate and guide the next generation of professionals. What do you attribute your success to?
I attribute my success to my family’s stubbornness and resilience—I never give up. One of my proudest achievements was moving to the U.S. from Lithuania on my own and building a new life from scratch.
What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
My advice to young women entering this field is to know who you are, stay stubborn, and ask for what you want—take action rather than staying in the planning stage, and view every outcome as valuable experience for the next level.
What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
The biggest challenge—and opportunity—in my field is stepping into male-dominated spaces and confidently taking a seat at the table.
What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
The values most important to me in work and life are accountability, responsibility, openness, friendliness, and maintaining a positive attitude, while staying connected to my community through yoga, breathwork, and social activities like salsa dancing.
