Q

What do you attribute your success to?

I attribute my success to a deep-rooted passion for people—whether that’s the patients I serve, the professionals I mentor, or the partners I support. Since stepping into the medical device field in 2007, I've always approached my work with the mindset that every patient could be my own family. That perspective has shaped every decision I’ve made, from helping launch lifesaving structural heart technologies at Medtronic to building a consulting business during COVID to support small businesses in need. To me, success is less about titles or accolades and more about impact. I’ve been fortunate to mentor women for over a decade through the ASPIRE program, and what continues to fuel me is the power of empathy, service, and truly understanding people. It’s that human connection that has guided my career—and it’s what keeps me moving forward.
