I attribute my success to adaptability, strong relationship-building, and consistently delivering excellent client service. Transitioning from trade management software to fintech and now banking, I’ve grown by embracing change, leveraging connections, and committing to professional development—evidenced by receiving the 2025 Service Champion Award at my current company, a recognition I’m especially proud of so early in my tenure.

The best career advice I’ve ever received was to not take things personally—understanding that clients often react based on their own circumstances helped me stay focused on resolving issues, rebuilding trust, and growing professionally.

What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?

One of the biggest challenges in my field right now is helping smaller banks remain competitive with larger institutions that offer extensive rewards programs and rebates, despite having significantly smaller budgets—making it crucial to deliver exceptional service and build strong client relationships to stand out.

What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

Empathy, support, and uplifting others—especially women—are core values in both my work and personal life, as I know firsthand what it’s like to start over from nothing and believe deeply in helping others rise when they’re at their lowest.
