I would advise young women entering my industry to stay resilient and not let seasoned staff discourage them. Believe that everything is possible, and approach your work with confidence, positivity, and relatability.

What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?

One of the biggest opportunities—and challenges—in my field right now is engaging and supporting parents in their role with their children. Building strong partnerships with families can have a significant impact, but it requires patience, communication, and understanding each family’s unique needs.

The values that are most important to me in both my work and personal life are positivity, open-mindedness, and faith. I believe maintaining a hopeful outlook, being receptive to new ideas, and grounding myself in prayer help guide my decisions and interactions.
