Anneris Coplin, CSP, is a passionate staffing professional and advocate for inclusivity who came to the United States from the Dominican Republic as an international student. With a career dedicated to connecting people with meaningful employment, she has focused on helping clients and communities embrace greater diversity and opportunity in the workplace. Her commitment to advocacy extends to her active participation in organizations such, ASA Women in Leadership, Women of Color in Staffing and The Innovators Group and others community organizations. In recognition of her leadership, she was honored with the ASA Women in Leadership Scholarship in 2023.

Currently serving as Branch Manager at Elwood Staffing Services, Inc., Anneris has built a career on empowering others, helping candidates find jobs, and mentoring her team to deliver exceptional staffing solutions. Prior to her leadership role, she advanced through positions including Senior Staffing Recruiter and Advertising Coordinator, gaining experience that blends client service, operational management, and community engagement. Her professional journey reflects her dedication to creating pathways for inclusion and workforce development, particularly for the Hispanic community she continues to champion.

I attribute my success to discipline, consistency, a willingness to learn, and being fully available to my clients—along with the guidance of my mentor whose lessons in empathy have been a key part of my journey.

I would advise young women entering my industry to have compassion, understanding, and empathy, and to always work with intention.

What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

The values most important to me in my work and personal life are accountability, and I also cherish my interests in dance, fashion and design, as well as being a proud marching band mom.
