April Dahl

April Dahl, CHST is a passionate and dedicated safety professional with hands-on experience managing safety on complex, high-risk construction sites. With certifications including CHST and OSHA 30-Hour, she brings a comprehensive understanding of regulatory compliance, hazard mitigation, and on-site risk management. April has led safety operations for notable projects with firms like Structure Tone, Waters & Bugbee, and J. Fletcher Creamer & Son, Inc., contributing to utility, infrastructure, and vertical construction efforts across New Jersey.
April is known for fostering a culture of safety that prioritizes collaboration, communication, and respect. Rather than focusing solely on enforcement, she leads with a coaching mentality—facilitating open dialogue, supporting worker engagement, and delivering bilingual safety orientations to ensure every team member is empowered to work safely. Her field presence is marked by proactive hazard identification, accurate documentation, and a hands-on approach to daily operations.
A graduate of Eastern Gateway Community College with an associate’s degree in Business Administration, April blends her technical expertise with strong organizational and leadership skills. She is continually advancing her professional development and is committed to redefining safety as a shared responsibility and lifestyle. Through her work, April is making a meaningful impact on jobsite culture, project performance, and worker well-being.
