Ashley McPherson-Googe is an accomplished Account Supervisor with over a decade of experience managing key accounts for McPherson Manufacturing, EP American Footwear, and J&J Filters. Throughout her career, she has demonstrated exceptional skill in fostering client relationships, driving sales growth, and ensuring operational excellence. Ashley’s dedication to collaboration and her ability to adapt to evolving business needs have been central to her success in delivering results that exceed expectations.
Prior to her current role, Ashley gained extensive experience in education and finance, serving as an adjunct instructor at Southeastern Technical College, a Financial Aid Specialist, and a High School Initiatives Coordinator. These roles allowed her to develop strong leadership, organizational, and mentoring skills, as well as a deep understanding of how to support and guide others in achieving their goals. Her early experience in retail and business management provided a foundation in customer service, operations, and financial accountability that continues to inform her work today.

My advice to young women entering this industry is to complete all your schooling before getting married or starting a family. This ensures you can focus fully on your education and career goals without added distractions.
What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
The values most important to me in both my work and personal life are balance, family, and wellness. I enjoy staying active through exercise, expressing creativity through decorating, spending quality time with my two children, and cooking nourishing meals for my loved ones.
