Becky Rawls- Riley

Becky Rawls-Riley is the founder, designer, and maker behind Rawls-Riley Creations, a Kansas City-based headwear company dedicated to crafting functional, stylish, and comfortable hats for real people. Her journey into headwear began with a simple moment—helping someone find a hat that truly fit—which sparked a passion that has grown into a career spanning more than a decade. Becky’s work is defined by listening to her customers, understanding their unique needs, and translating those insights into hats, do rags, headbands, hair bags, and small-batch custom pieces that blend practicality with personal style.
Over the years, Becky has expanded her creative reach while maintaining a hands-on approach to her craft. She collaborates with skilled sewists and subcontractors to meet demand without compromising the quality of her small-batch production. Her designs are tailored to support a wide range of lifestyles and activities—from athletes and motorcyclists to gardeners and welders—ensuring that each piece provides comfort, protection, and a perfect fit. In addition to her work with Rawls-Riley Creations, Becky has a background in business and marketing, holding an MBA from the University of Missouri-Kansas City and completing specialized courses in copywriting and marketing strategies. Her creative talent and entrepreneurial spirit have been recognized through awards in needlework and community fairs, reflecting her dedication to craft, quality, and innovation.
