I attribute my success to my deep love for people and my passion for helping them navigate and recover from life’s challenges. I genuinely love what I do, and as a God-fearing woman, I recognize that my achievements are guided and blessed by Him. I began my journey in higher education pursuing an Associate’s Degree in Paralegal Studies, graduating with honors. However, after marriage and raising my children, I discovered my true calling in this field—a path that brings me immense fulfillment and joy every day.

The best career advice I’ve ever received is that it’s possible to have a career you truly love while also making a meaningful difference in the lives of others.
What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
My advice to young women entering this industry is to lead with compassion. We live in a world where empathy can sometimes be scarce, and by bringing kindness and understanding into your work, you can make a meaningful impact not only professionally but in the lives of those you serve.
What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
One of the biggest challenges—and opportunities—in my field is being able to effectively assist every individual who may need support and ensuring they have access to the right resources. I collaborate closely with organizations such as the United Way, the Salvation Army, and FEMA to connect people with the services they need, which allows me to make a meaningful difference in their lives.
What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
The values that are most important to me in both my work and personal life are love and compassion. I strive to show care not only to my family but also to the individuals and families I serve, helping them navigate and recover from devastating events and assisting them in repairing or replacing what they have lost.
