Brandi George is a seasoned Quality and Customer Success professional with over a decade of experience in the life sciences industry. Currently a Senior Customer Success Manager at Veeva Systems, she specializes in helping enterprise clients optimize their investments in quality management systems, translating complex business and IT needs into actionable solutions. Brandi is also a recognized leader in the Vault Quality community, building peer networks and sharing best practices to advance industry standards.

Prior to joining Veeva, Brandi held multiple leadership roles across quality assurance and compliance, including positions at Moderna Therapeutics, Tokai Pharmaceuticals, and FORUM Pharmaceuticals. She has extensive expertise in GxP compliance, electronic quality management systems, audits, and supplier qualification, consistently driving operational excellence while ensuring regulatory adherence. Her hands-on experience in both operational and strategic quality roles allows her to bridge the gap between business and technology effectively.

Brandi holds a Master of Business Administration from Boston University Questrom School of Business and a Master of Science in Biotechnology with a pharmaceutical concentration from Northeastern University.
