What do you attribute your success to?
I attribute my success to my self-determination and drive, which have consistently motivated me to pursue goals with focus and resilience.
What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
I would advise young women entering my industry not to overexert themselves in an attempt to be relentless. Instead, focus on being deliberate and laser-focused on what you want to accomplish. Make time for self-reflection to evaluate your goals and plan your next steps thoughtfully. Be strategic about your actions, using reflection to guide your decisions and ensure you are moving purposefully toward your dreams. "Slow and steady/steadfast wind the race to become resilient," not overextending yourself to be relentless and then experiencing burn out.
