I attribute my success to working hard and staying adaptable—one of my most notable achievements was leading the implementation of Target’s online order management system during COVID, where we had to move quickly to ensure public safety and business continuity.

My advice to young women entering the industry is to find a mentor early on and actively build your network—it’s through those relationships that opportunities, guidance, and growth truly happen.
