I attribute my success to my driving personality, the human connections I build, and my fearless approach to challenges. I bring a confident, can-do attitude to every opportunity, and I always make sure to have a clear action plan to guide me forward.
What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
The best career advice I’ve received is to always document everything. I act and record my work as if it could be scrutinized in court, keep receipts for all transactions, and make sure to focus on my own responsibilities—mind your business and stay thorough.
What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
My advice to young women entering the industry is to trust yourself, embrace blind confidence, be your own biggest cheerleader, and always document and celebrate your wins.
What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
One of the biggest challenges in my field right now is breaking through initial barriers and establishing trust. Gaining access and building meaningful connections requires persistence, credibility, and the ability to demonstrate genuine value from the very first interaction.
