Brooklyn Franks
Brooklyn Franks is an Acquisitions Senior Associate at S2 Capital, LLC, a vertically integrated multifamily investment firm based in Dallas, Texas. With nearly four years at S2 Capital, she has progressed through roles of Senior Investment Analyst, Acquisitions Associate, and now Senior Associate, where she plays a key role in sourcing, underwriting, and executing investment opportunities. Brooklyn is particularly recognized for identifying off-market deals within her assigned regions and successfully seeing transactions through to closing, contributing directly to the firm’s growth and investment performance.
Brooklyn brings a strong financial and academic foundation to her work. She holds a Master of Business Administration in Finance from the University of North Texas, earned in 2020, and a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from Oklahoma State University. Earlier in her career, she gained experience in private wealth management as a Client Service Associate at Wealth Partners Alliance, further strengthening her understanding of investment strategy and client-focused financial services. She also holds her Series 7, Series 65, and SIE licenses, reflecting her technical expertise and commitment to professional excellence in capital markets and finance.
Outside of her professional career, Brooklyn is deeply passionate about health, fitness, and personal development. She enjoys exercising, running, competing in Hyrox events, bodybuilding competitions, and personal training. In 2025, she earned first place in a bodybuilding competition, a milestone that reflects her discipline and dedication beyond the workplace. Brooklyn is also actively involved in philanthropy through the S2 Foundation, supporting charitable initiatives aligned with S2 Capital’s mission and values.

What do you attribute your success to?
I attribute my success to the strong foundation my parents instilled in me. Watching my mother’s work ethic taught me the value of dedication, perseverance, and accountability, while my father’s emphasis on education and his constant encouragement pushed me to strive for excellence and continually better myself.
What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
My advice to young women entering the industry is to walk into every room with confidence. Let your personality and authenticity set you apart, while remaining humble and open to learning from those around you. Build genuine relationships and invest in your network—because your network truly is your net worth.
