Q

What do you attribute your success to?

I attribute my success to a lifelong passion for both music and sports, paired with a unique blend of performance experience and business acumen. While my academic background in Music and Sports Management laid the foundation, it’s been real-world experience, creative problem-solving, and working with top-tier organizations like SoFi Stadium and the LA Lakers that truly shaped my career.

Q

What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?

The best career advice I’ve ever received is to stay true to myself and be authentic—because chasing someone else’s path often leads to unfulfilling outcomes. I’ve learned that believing in what's possible, thinking outside the box, and staying focused on your goals—no matter how unconventional the route—can make all the difference; the Henry Ford quote, “Whether you think you can or you think you can’t, you’re right,” continues to guide me.

Q

What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

My advice to young women entering the industry is to journal your journey—you’ll grow through reflection—and always lead with integrity, adaptability, and empathy. Be a people person, treat everyone with respect, and don’t forget to celebrate your wins along the way.

Q

What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?

One of the biggest challenges—and opportunities—in the industry is how rapidly technology is changing the way we consume and monetize music. While the shift from physical sales to streaming has disrupted traditional models, it’s also created greater visibility and access for artists to succeed with the right strategy and guidance.

Q

What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

The values most important to me are authenticity, perseverance, and creative thinking—my personal challenges have fueled my determination to overcome barriers while staying true to myself.
