Q

What do you attribute your success to?

I would attribute my success to staying grounded in the things I love reading, traveling, and spending time in nature. Hiking gives me clarity, and it’s often where I recharge and find perspective. I’ve also learned a lot about patience, joy, and balance from my dog, Arlo, who reminds me to slow down and appreciate the simple moments. Those passions outside of work keep me centered and allow me to bring my best self to the work I do every day.
