The best career advice I’ve ever received is to take one brave decision at a time. Growth doesn’t happen all at once—it comes from consistently choosing courage over comfort, even in small moments. One of the biggest challenges—and opportunities—in my field right now is ensuring that I’m matching my candidates with the right roles where they’ll truly thrive. Every day, I review countless emails and job postings to identify attorney opportunities that align with my candidates’ skills, goals, and career aspirations. The challenge is staying on top of the fast-paced job market, but it’s also incredibly rewarding to see my candidates succeed and find fulfillment in the positions I help them secure.
What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
The values most important to me in both my work and personal life are balance, dedication, and connection. I prioritize time with my husband and our dog, staying active through regular workouts, and nurturing my creative side through my t-shirt business, which I’ve run for over five years. These priorities remind me of the importance of hard work, creativity, and maintaining harmony between my professional and personal life.
