Chelsea (Harris) Phillips, MSM, LPGA, is a skilled accounting professional and LPGA Class A Teaching Professional with a diverse career spanning finance, management, and athletics. Currently serving as an NMC&A Senior Accountant Specialist at Four Rivers Nuclear Partnership, LLC, she brings extensive experience in revenue analysis, fixed assets, and internal audits. Prior to this role, Chelsea held several positions at Paducah & Louisville Railway, Inc., where she advanced from Assistant Manager of Revenue Accounting to Revenue Accounting Manager and Fixed Asset Specialist, demonstrating strong analytical skills and a commitment to operational excellence.
Chelsea’s career also reflects her passion for golf and teaching. She served as an Assistant Golf Professional at the Country Club of Paducah, where she honed her expertise in event management, merchandising, and instruction. Certified through U.S. Kids Golf and the Positive Coaching Alliance, she has combined her love for athletics with mentoring, coaching, and developing youth sports programs.
A graduate of Austin Peay State University, Chelsea earned both her Bachelor’s in Business Administration and Management and her Master of Science in Management. She has been recognized for her achievements with awards such as the Legends Award, Hall of Fame induction, and Most Valuable Athlete honors, highlighting her leadership, dedication, and excellence both professionally and personally.
