I attribute my success to the strong foundation my family provided and the education that equipped me with the skills and knowledge to pursue my goals. Their support and guidance have been instrumental in shaping both my personal and professional journey.

What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?

We are here to evolve, to grow, to learn and to become better version of ourselves. That's why I'm constantly learning and growing; taking on challenges that me inspired in continuing my education in Master of Science in Human Resources at Rasmussen College, an online college.

What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

Do not give up. If you can make it through COVID, you can do this! I believe you have to have heart and be passionate about working with people because that's what matters. The people we serve on daily basis, how we respect and treat them makes a difference.

What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?

Attracting and hiring highly skilled professionals is becoming increasingly competitive, requiring HR Professionals like me to develop innovative recruitment strategies. Opportunities would be focusing on enhancing the overall employee experience can lead to increased satisfaction, engagement, and retention.
