Q

What do you attribute your success to?

I attribute my success to the guidance and mentorship I have received over the years, particularly from Stephanie Schubert, who has been my primary mentor for the past seven years. Her insight, encouragement, and expertise have been instrumental in shaping my professional growth, helping me navigate challenges, and inspiring me to continually pursue excellence in my career.

Q

What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

I would advise young women entering the recruiting industry to seek out a company that aligns with their personal values and to cultivate a genuine passion for both the work and the organizations they represent. Success in this field comes not only from skills and knowledge but also from authentic enthusiasm, integrity, and a commitment to building meaningful relationships with clients and candidates alike.

Q

What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

The values most important to me in both my work and personal life center around service, compassion, and community. I am deeply committed to giving back, as reflected in my volunteer work as a CASA advocate for children and my involvement in my church’s kids ministry at H2O in Ada, Oklahoma. Similarly, my family prioritizes community service, including volunteering at food banks, which has instilled in me a strong sense of responsibility to support and uplift others wherever possible.
