Diane Hutira Morfe, BS, RRT

Diane Hutira Morfe, BS, RRT is a seasoned medical device sales executive with over two decades of success in healthcare sales and respiratory care. Currently serving as an Account Executive for Intersurgical, Inc. USA, she specializes in acute hospital and surgery center sales across Michigan, where she has consistently earned top performance recognition, including a 2024 National Sales Award and a 2025 Quarter 1 NIV Fantasy League win.
Diane’s career journey began as a Registered Respiratory Therapist, where she spent nearly 14 years at St. John Providence Hospital in Detroit. She advanced her expertise in neonatal and pediatric respiratory care, trauma response, and pulmonary rehabilitation, while also serving as a preceptor for new respiratory students. Her early clinical foundation gave her a unique perspective when transitioning into medical device sales—a move inspired by a chance conversation with a sales representative who encouraged her to pursue her bachelor’s degree. After earning her Bachelor of Science with a minor in Marketing from Siena Heights University, she entered the field and quickly excelled.
Over the years, Diane has held key sales roles with Vyaire Medical, IQVIA, Valeant Pharmaceuticals, and GlaxoSmithKline, consistently ranking among the top performers nationwide. At Vyaire Medical, she was recognized as a Field Sales Trainer and ranked in the Top 10% of sales nationwide. At GSK, she earned multiple “Winners Circle” awards, advisory board appointments, and leadership roles, including District Compliance Champion.
Beyond her professional accomplishments, Diane gives back through volunteer work with the National Kidney Foundation of Michigan and as part of the Hospitality Ministry at Saint Mary Our Lady of the Snows Catholic Church.
Looking ahead, Diane is proud of her career journey and the impact she has made in both respiratory therapy and medical device sales. As she approaches retirement, she hopes to continue consulting and mentoring the next generation of healthcare professionals, sharing her knowledge, experiences, and passion for helping others succeed.
