With extensive experience in leadership and operations gained through her military service, Lizzy independently designed and launched HomesteadCosmetics.com, managing all aspects of web development, content creation, e-commerce functionality, and customer relations. She handcrafts each skincare product with carefully sourced, organic ingredients and provides personalized recommendations to optimize skin health. What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?

The best career advice I received was to approach every challenge with precision, vigilance, and responsibility—principles I learned while operating and maintaining advanced defense systems in the military. Applying these same values to my professional life has taught me to protect and nurture what matters most, whether it’s clients, colleagues, or projects.

What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

The values most important to me are perseverance, creativity, and faith. I prioritize a solution-oriented approach, never giving up on challenges, and finding joy in art, singing, and powerlifting. My family, especially my mother, has been a constant source of support and inspiration, reinforcing the importance of integrity, resilience, and passion in everything I do.
