I attribute my success to channeling the discipline, focus, and determination I developed during my military service into building and growing Homestead Cosmetics, where I create chemical-free skincare and beauty solutions that truly make a difference for my clients.
What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
The best career advice I received was to approach every challenge with precision, vigilance, and responsibility—principles I learned while operating and maintaining advanced defense systems in the military. Applying these same values to my professional life has taught me to protect and nurture what matters most, whether it’s clients, colleagues, or projects.
What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
The values most important to me are perseverance, creativity, and faith. I prioritize a solution-oriented approach, never giving up on challenges, and finding joy in art, singing, and powerlifting. My family, especially my mother, has been a constant source of support and inspiration, reinforcing the importance of integrity, resilience, and passion in everything I do.
