Q

What do you attribute your success to?

I attribute my success to the example set by my immigrant parents—their hard work instilled in me a determination to excel and a strong desire to create a meaningful legacy for my own children. Their perseverance continues to inspire how I approach challenges and opportunities in both my personal and professional life.

Q

What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

I would advise young women entering my industry to be confident, claim their space at the table, and continue breaking down glass ceilings. It’s important to build on the progress of previous generations while bringing your own perspective and expertise to male-dominated fields.

Q

What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?

One of the biggest challenges in my field right now is helping women navigate the balance between professional responsibilities and personal life. At the same time, this presents an opportunity to create more supportive workplace cultures and policies that empower women to thrive both personally and professionally.
