What do you attribute your success to?
I attribute my success to the guidance and support of my mentors, the collaboration and encouragement of my peers, and the trust and loyalty of my clients. Their combined influence has shaped my professional growth, inspired me to continuously improve, and motivated me to deliver the highest level of service in everything I do.
What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
The best career advice I’ve ever received is that “no” is a complete sentence. It taught me the importance of setting boundaries and "standing up for what is right, even if I have to do it alone." This guidance has been invaluable in maintaining integrity, focus, and balance throughout my professional journey.
What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
My advice to young women entering my industry is to prioritize what’s best for you. If you have a vision to branch out or start your own private practice, go for it—trust your instincts, take calculated risks, and pursue opportunities that align with your goals and passions. Don't ever feel like you have to settle or sacrifice important aspects of yourself for a job. I have always valued my ability to be a wife, mother, and career woman. Seek employment opportunities that allow you to balance what's important.
What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
One of the biggest challenges in my field right now is accessibility, as navigating the complex legal and regulatory requirements can be difficult. At the same time, this also presents an opportunity: by understanding and adapting to these laws, professionals can create more inclusive and compliant services, ultimately reaching and helping a wider audience.
What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
The values most important to me in both my work and personal life are empathy, honesty, and humility. These principles guide how I connect with others, make decisions, and approach challenges, ensuring that I lead with integrity and understanding in every situation.
