Q

What do you attribute your success to?

I attribute my success to a combination of strategic vision, strong mentorship, and an unwavering commitment to delivering measurable results. One of my most notable professional achievements was leading a global transformation initiative for a B2B organization that generated $8 million in year-over-year growth through a redesigned go-to-market strategy. This experience solidified my belief in the power of data-driven decision-making, cross-functional alignment, and customer-centric planning.

I also credit much of my growth to the mentors who invested in my development throughout my career. My first manager, Abraham Daniel, laid the foundation by fostering my confidence and professional discipline. Kevin McCraw took a chance on me by selecting me for a highly strategic role that expanded my business perspective. John Bruno sharpened my understanding of organizational strategy and market dynamics, while Charn Singh and Jay from Deloitte played pivotal roles in accelerating my development and refining my leadership approach.

Together, these experiences and relationships have shaped the leader I am today—one who values continuous improvement, collaboration, and purposeful impact.

Q

What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

My advice to young women entering the technology industry is to develop a strong balance of technical expertise and business acumen, because true impact comes from understanding how technology drives value across different industries. Stay curious, seek opportunities that broaden your perspective, and surround yourself with mentors who challenge and support you. Your unique perspective is an asset—lean into it with confidence.

Q

What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

The values most important to me—both professionally and personally—are service, integrity, and a commitment to developing others. These values guide my recent appointment to the Kansas State University Management Information Council, where I work to strengthen curriculum accuracy, as well as my role as a board advisor for the Houston Christian University Women in Leadership program. They also drive my long-standing passion for CASA, where I have spent nearly two decades advocating for children in the court system. Mentorship is equally central to who I am; I currently support several mentees at Deloitte and continue shaping leadership development through my work with Houston Christian University. These commitments reflect my belief in giving back, elevating others, and using my experience to create meaningful, lasting impact.
