Jade L Springer
Jade Springer is a dedicated professional whose career bridges the fields of military intelligence, public safety, and research. Currently serving as a Research Assistant with Justice & Security Strategies, Inc. and a Project Specialist at the National Native Center of Excellence, she applies her strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills to projects that support community safety and justice initiatives. Alongside her civilian work, Jade proudly serves with the Wisconsin Army National Guard, where she continues to expand her knowledge in military intelligence and operations.
In addition to her academic focus on Criminal Justice and Police Science at the University of Wisconsin–Oshkosh, Jade has gained hands-on experience in public safety as a Community Service Officer and Student Dispatcher. These roles have sharpened her leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills while fostering her passion for service. She is also pursuing an associate’s degree in Military Intelligence from Cochise College, furthering her expertise in her chosen field.
Outside of her academic and professional pursuits, Jade is a passionate rugby player and advocate for the sport. She has shared her love of rugby through playing, coaching, and research, viewing it as a way to build community, resilience, and discipline. Whether serving her country, contributing to safety initiatives, or excelling on the rugby field, Jade embodies determination, adaptability, and a commitment to growth.

My advice to young women entering this industry is simple: go for it—even if you’re afraid—because if you don’t try, you may end up living with regret.

The values most important to me in both work and life are teamwork, discipline, and resilience—qualities I’ve strengthened through playing rugby, softball, and volleyball.
