Jane Isaac
Jane Isaac is a dedicated and versatile professional whose passion for self-improvement has guided her career and personal growth. From an active high school life filled with musicals, JROTC, cheerleading, swimming, and academic honors—including a Silver Presidential Award—she cultivated a strong foundation of discipline and creativity. Initially pursuing nursing in college, Jane ultimately followed her true passion for the performing arts, earning a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Acting from AMDA College of the Performing Arts in New York City and Los Angeles.
Since graduating in 2020, Jane has applied her leadership, organizational, and communication skills to the security industry, where she served as an Account Manager and Field Manager for a Manhattan-based company. In these roles, she managed both full-time and event security teams, oversaw scheduling and administration, and ensured smooth collaboration across multiple departments and client needs. Jane’s ability to adapt her creativity and problem-solving skills from the stage to operational management demonstrates her versatility and commitment to excellence.
Currently, Jane balances her responsibilities as a Takeaway Specialist at Outback Steakhouse with her ongoing professional development, continually seeking opportunities to grow and implement innovative ideas. Her dedication, strong work ethic, and leadership abilities make her a professional who thrives in dynamic environments, whether on stage, in operations, or leading teams toward success.

What do you attribute your success to?
I attribute my success to my lifelong passion for acting, the early training my mom encouraged me to pursue, and the patience and discipline I gained while managing in the restaurant industry before fully returning to my professional career.

The best career advice I’ve ever received is to never give up, go after what I want, and always be an advocate for myself.
What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
My advice to young women entering this industry is to put yourself out there and make sure you’re seen.
What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
The values most important to me in my work and personal life are creativity, advocacy for mental health, caring for my dog, and expressing myself through writing.
