Janelle Bober, MS, RDN, is a dedicated Registered Dietitian Nutritionist and Team Lead Dietitian at Dietitian Live, where she helps individuals build healthier, more confident lives through evidence-based nutrition and lifestyle coaching. With a Master of Science in Clinical Nutrition from Logan University and a bachelor’s degree in Health and Exercise Science from Colorado State University, Janelle brings a strong foundation in both science and compassion to her work. She meets with clients virtually through telehealth, focusing on holistic wellness—balancing nutrition, sleep, fitness, and mindset to achieve lasting health outcomes.

As a leader, Janelle oversees a team of dietitians, fostering collaboration, innovation, and continued growth to ensure the highest level of client care. She has also expanded her passion for fitness as an instructor at Reps and Restore, blending her expertise in nutrition and exercise to create impactful programs for individuals of all levels. Janelle is especially proud of her ability to connect with clients and empower them to make sustainable changes that improve their long-term well-being.

Outside of her professional work, Janelle loves spending time staying active, exploring new fitness challenges, and continuing her mission to help others live strong, balanced, and fulfilling lives. Her deep care for people, combined with her drive for excellence, continues to make a positive difference in every community she serves.

What do you attribute your success to?

I attribute my success to my genuine passion for helping people live healthier lives. As a dietitian, I focus on the balance of nutrition, sleep, exercise, and fitness—working closely with my clients through telehealth to support them whether they’re recovering from the hospital or coming from a gym setting. I truly care about people and am dedicated to helping them achieve lasting wellness.

The best career advice I’ve ever received is to find what you enjoy and make it your own — success follows passion.

My advice to young women entering the industry is to believe that you can achieve anything you set your mind to — determination and confidence will take you far.

The biggest challenge and opportunity in my field right now is making sure my clients are truly taken care of and receive the attention and support they deserve.

The values most important to me in my work and personal life are balance, dedication, and curiosity — I love running, spending time with my cats, and getting lost in a good book.
