Jaylah Sandoval

Jaylah Sandoval is a dynamic bilingual multimedia personality, content creator, and entrepreneur with a multifaceted career spanning tech, media, and entertainment. She is the co-founder of Café Cultura and has over four years of experience in B2B and B2B2C tech sales and account management, having served as a Global Account Manager and Head of Strategic Partnerships for several startups. Jaylah combines her tech expertise with her passion for building relationships and scaling creative solutions, demonstrating a unique ability to bridge business strategy with audience engagement.

In addition to her tech and business achievements, Jaylah has built a vibrant career in media. She is a bilingual voiceover artist, emcee, and on-air radio personality, most recently hosting afternoons at Univision Radio QueBuena 92.7 in New York. She has contributed national content to iHeartLatino.com, MTV Tr3s, Vibe Latino, and more, and has collaborated with prominent media figures such as Alex Sensation. Jaylah began her career as an intern for Power 95.3 in Orlando and at the Latin Billboard Music Conference & Awards, developing the skills that would later allow her to thrive both behind the scenes and in front of audiences.

Recognized as a confident Latina leader, Jaylah has been honored with awards such as “Woman of the Year” from The Fierce Woman Collective in 2019.
