Jazmine Sausameda

Jazmine Sausameda is a Transformational Catalyst, Spiritual Advisor, and seasoned REALTOR® who blends over nine years of coaching experience with a dynamic background in luxury real estate and advertising. A native Texan, she earned her BA in Communications with a focus in Media Advertising from The University of Texas at El Paso before building a career in commercial property management, marketing, and residential real estate. She has held her ABR® and CNE® designations and successfully represented clients across Texas, always leading with connection, communication, and results.
For the past nine years, Jazmine has expanded her work beyond real estate into transformational coaching, specializing in body–mind integration, somatic facilitation, emotional release, and forgiveness work. She is deeply committed to helping clients ignite their inner power, remove fears, and transform challenges into opportunities for growth. Her expertise includes facilitating 3–5 day earth medicine retreats, supporting integration, and helping others identify and move through personal blind spots with clarity and compassion.
Her journey has been shaped by global travel and immersive study.
Over the past five years, Jazmine lived in Costa Rica and Mexico, meeting with elders, engaging in pilgrimages, and gaining wisdom in frequency medicine and earth-based healing practices. These experiences have deepened her ability to guide others through profound personal transformation, always walking in integrity and staying attuned to her own energy. Recently returned to Texas, she is channeling these insights into creating her own platform to provide transformational services to a wider audience.
Jazmine maintains a commitment to continual education, the courage to follow her intuition, and her unwavering mission: to serve, smile, and positively impact lives. Whether guiding a real estate client through a complex negotiation or leading a retreat in the mountains, she brings focus, empathy, and a grounded presence. Outside of her professional life, she enjoys mountain biking, hiking, meditation, travel, and writing—always seeking new ways to connect with nature, community, and purpose.
