What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
I would tell young women entering this industry to be prepared to really listen and practice active listening. Embrace being a lifelong learner and stay adaptable to change. Most importantly, always remember who you are and stay true to yourself.
What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
The values that are most important to me revolve around family, creativity, and giving back. I cherish spending time with my seven grandchildren, working on projects like a book with my granddaughters, and sharing creative activities such as painting, coloring, and playing guitar. I also find fulfillment in giving back to my community, like crocheting blankets to donate.
