I attribute my success to hard work, dedication, and being detail-oriented. My five years of service in the Army taught me the value of precision, and I discovered a real passion for attention to detail—something that has made accounting a truly fulfilling career for me.

My advice to young women entering the industry is to seek out mentorship. Learning from those with experience can provide guidance, open doors, and help you navigate challenges more confidently.
What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
The biggest challenge—and opportunity—in my field right now is its constantly evolving nature. Staying adaptable, continuously learning, and embracing new technologies and regulations are key to turning these changes into growth opportunities.
