The biggest opportunities and challenges in my field right now are balancing my multiple roles—being a Senior Technical Program Manager, author, speaker, and certified career coach—while staying committed to helping anyone who needs guidance, all while maintaining my personal health and fitness. I thrive on empowering others, whether it’s helping clients succeed or supporting family members in achieving their dreams.
What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
The values most important to me in my work and personal life are hard work, determination, and faith. My parents, both teachers, instilled in me the importance of education and perseverance, while my late mother’s prayers and guidance shaped my commitment to achieving my dreams and helping others succeed along the way.
