My advice for young women entering the audio-visual industry is to talk less and let your work speak for itself—stay confident in what you know, stay curious to keep learning, and always work hard to prove your value.
What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
One of the biggest challenges in the audio-visual industry right now is that it remains male dominated, which also presents an opportunity for more women to break barriers and bring fresh perspectives.
