Julie Rosser, BBA
Julie Rosser is an accomplished healthcare professional and Executive Assistant with over a decade of experience in hospital administration, strategic planning, and community engagement. Currently serving at HCA Houston Healthcare, she plays a pivotal role in supporting senior leadership, coordinating large-scale initiatives, and ensuring operational excellence across multiple hospital campuses. Julie’s work is defined by her commitment to fostering trust, collaboration, and efficiency—values that guide her approach to leadership support and organizational development.
Beyond her administrative expertise, Julie has a strong background in event and marketing strategy, having planned and executed more than 25 hospital and community events annually, including health fairs, physician-led programs, and wellness initiatives that strengthen community health outreach. She is also deeply involved in volunteer work, supporting organizations such as the American Heart Association and March of Dimes, where she serves as a fundraising coordinator.
Currently pursuing her MBA at The University of Arizona Global Campus, Julie continues to expand her knowledge in business administration, strategic management, and global marketing.
