Kaley is an accomplished Charter Broker and Customer Specialist with nearly a decade of experience in the aviation industry. Currently serving in dual roles at Embraer and Exclusive Charter Service, she specializes in customer relationship management, private jet charter solutions, and providing tailored travel experiences for a diverse clientele. Her career reflects a consistent commitment to service excellence and the ability to anticipate and exceed client expectations in a highly dynamic and competitive market.

Before joining Embraer, Kaley honed her expertise through roles in charter brokerage, business development, and sales at leading aviation and technology companies including JetRight, Reltio, and Flight Solutions, Inc. These experiences strengthened her skills in sales strategy, account management, and client engagement, while also broadening her understanding of how to drive business growth through personalized service. With a foundation in marketing from Clemson University’s Wilbur O. and Ann Powers College of Business, she combines strategic thinking with a customer-first approach in every interaction.

Beyond her professional career, Kaley is deeply involved in her community and committed to causes close to her heart. She has volunteered for more than a decade in child care and animal welfare, reflecting her passion for giving back and supporting others. A former Treasurer of Clemson University’s Flying Club, she also has a personal interest in aviation that extends beyond her career, continually fueling her drive to learn and grow in the field.
