What do you attribute your success to?
I attribute my success to decades of hard work and dedication in the dental field, along with the perseverance it took to build my career after coming to the United States from Romania. I am deeply passionate about Heartland Dental because it feels more like a family than just a workplace

What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
The values most important to me are balance, health, and personal growth, which I nurture through swimming, working out, long walks on the beach, and taking time to recharge by reading a good book.
