Katarzyna Drucker
Katarzyna Drucker is an accomplished Development and Content Management Specialist and the Founder and President of THEOS Theatre and Opera Society. With over a decade of experience in IT and digital strategy, she has cultivated expertise across web analytics, social media marketing, database administration, networking, and business systems management. Katarzyna has proficiency in multiple programming languages and tools, including JavaScript, HTML, CSS, SQL, C++, and Java, as well as analytics and marketing platforms such as Google Analytics, Adobe Omniture, Tableau, Hootsuite, and Google Tag Manager. Her technical and creative skills are complemented by her ability to translate data insights into actionable strategies that enhance audience engagement and organizational impact.
In addition to her IT career, Katarzyna has a deep commitment to the arts. As the founder and executive director of THEOS Theatre and Opera Society, she develops and manages cultural programs such as the “Vocal and Poetry Parlor,” bringing music and theatrical performances to senior healthcare, housing, and social settings. She writes, stages, and directs productions, including “Magic of Polish Christmas” and “Song of the Independence,” while also recording and promoting albums of Polish music. Her leadership extends to marketing and communications, where she creates promotional materials, manages social media campaigns, and co-produces multimedia content to expand audience reach.
Katarzyna is also dedicated to community service, particularly within the Polish community and senior populations. She volunteers her time teaching non-English speaking seniors how to use computers, smartphones, and technology safely, helping them navigate digital tools and avoid scams. Her outstanding contributions have been recognized with the New York City Proclamation Award for excellence in supporting the Polish community. Fluent in Polish and proficient in Russian, Katarzyna combines her technical, artistic, and philanthropic endeavors to make a meaningful impact both professionally and culturally.
