Kathy Wolfe Johnson is a seasoned banking professional and community leader with over three decades of experience in the financial services industry. Currently serving as a Senior Relationship Banker at First Horizon Bank, Kathy has built a career focused on team development, client success, and community outreach. Her leadership philosophy emphasizes collaboration, integrity, and hands-on involvement, reflecting her belief that a leader can only truly guide a team by being an active part of it. She has served as a Soldier and Family Readiness Guide for the North Carolina Army National Guard since 2009, assisting soldiers and their families with financial, personal, and community resources to improve their quality of life. Prior to her current role, she held positions at Truist and Wells Fargo, where she managed branches, led teams, and provided strategic guidance to clients, consistently achieving results and building strong, lasting relationships.
A graduate of Phillips Junior College with an Associate’s degree in Business Administration, Management, and Operations, Kathy excelled academically and demonstrated early leadership as Editor-in-Chief of the college newspaper. Her lifelong commitment to learning, leadership, and community engagement has made her a respected figure in banking and beyond.
