Kelley’s expertise spans space planning, furniture specifications, finish selections, 3D renderings, and project management, making her a trusted partner for clients and colleagues alike.
Throughout her career, Kelley has worked with numerous manufacturers and furniture dealerships, bringing extensive knowledge of contract furniture to every project. She has held senior design roles at several respected companies, including Workplace Furniture Inc., Goodmans Interior Structures, and Faciliteq, and has consistently contributed to creating spaces that are both aesthetically pleasing and highly functional. Her technical proficiency includes CET, AutoCAD, Core, and a variety of design and project management software, which she leverages to bring each vision to life.

What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
My advice to young women entering this industry is to never stop learning and to always seek opportunities for growth. Embracing continuous learning not only strengthens your skills but also opens doors to new opportunities and career advancement.
What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
Working for myself has allowed me to be flexible and be able to help a lot of different companies across the country that need help and do not want to add more staff at this time.
What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
The values that are most important to me in both my work and personal life are faith, family, and compassion. I deeply value my relationship with my husband, the care of our animals, and the opportunity to be helpful to others—these guide my decisions, interactions, and the way I approach every challenge.
