Kimberly Dalley-Miller is a highly accomplished professional chef with over 20 years of culinary experience. A graduate of the prestigious Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, NY, she has honed her craft in both the kitchen and the classroom, serving as a culinary instructor with Le Cordon Bleu and in a variety of teaching environments. Kimberly is also a proud member of the American Culinary Federation and holds the designation of Certified Chef de Cuisine, underscoring her dedication to excellence in her field.
As the founder and chef behind Bella Vita Culinary Services, Kimberly has spent more than two decades sharing her passion for food through her own culinary business. Her expertise spans from fine dining and culinary instruction to food safety and management, holding certifications such as Food Manager Certification to ensure the highest standards in her work. In addition to her culinary background, she pursued studies at Brigham Young University–Idaho, further broadening her knowledge and skills.
Fluent in English with working proficiency in French, Kimberly brings an international perspective to her craft and continues to be actively involved in professional organizations such as the BYU Management Society and the Alaska Chapter of the American Culinary Federation. With a blend of creativity, discipline, and a love for teaching, she remains committed to inspiring others while delivering unforgettable culinary experiences.

What do you attribute your success to?
I attribute my success to my perseverance as a single mom completing a two-year culinary program, my passion for teaching in career tech schools, and my determination to keep growing—even as a grandmother, when I embraced a six-month pilot program.
What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
My advice to young women entering the culinary industry is to remember that how you do anything says everything—approach your craft with care, have grace with yourself, and always allow room for forgiveness and growth.
What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
In both my work and personal life, I value using my passion for the culinary arts to nourish others—whether through my profession, my community, or my family—and I take pride in achievements like graduating from culinary school in New York as a single mother and being chosen for a pilot teaching program.
