Klaudia Kononczuk
Klaudia Kononczuk is a hospitality professional and aspiring healthcare provider currently based in Mt. Pocono, Pennsylvania. With four to five years of experience in fast-paced restaurant environments, she has developed strong listening, communication, and problem-solving skills, as well as a deep appreciation for teamwork and customer service. She currently works as a Host at Il Capriccio Ristorante, where she continues to refine her ability to manage front-of-house operations while creating welcoming, positive experiences for guests.
Alongside her hospitality career, Klaudia is pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry at Seton Hall University, where she is focused on building a strong academic foundation in preparation for medical school. She is bilingual and known for her discipline, resilience, and ability to thrive under pressure—qualities that have supported her transition into medical settings. As a medical assistant, she assists physicians and nurses by preparing materials, supporting patient care, and helping ensure smooth daily operations, marking a significant milestone in her journey toward a healthcare career.
Klaudia’s long-term goal is to become an anesthesiologist, driven by a strong sense of purpose and commitment to service. She remains actively involved on campus through organizations such as HOSA – Future Health Professionals and MEDLIFE, participating in blood drives and community outreach initiatives. Her volunteer work with Dove has further strengthened her belief that leadership and service go hand in hand. Guided by perseverance and a willingness to pursue her calling despite early doubts, Klaudia views her path into healthcare as both a personal achievement and a source of inspiration for those around her.

What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
My advice is to believe in yourself and pursue your goals, even if you don’t yet have every detail figured out. Your dedication and focus will help you navigate uncertainty and achieve success in this demanding field.
What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
Purpose guides everything I do. I strive to show up with integrity, work with compassion, and never let doubt define my limits. Teamwork, communication, and collaboration—skills I developed through competitive sports and leadership roles—have been essential both in my personal life and in healthcare, particularly during surgical assistance. I value discipline, empathy, and lifting others as I rise, because true success is measured not only by achievement, but by the positive impact we create.
